Cleveland, here I come!

I am behind on Blog and have many Other Things to share, but until I feel up to tackling those feels & things, I'm going to blog about the bright shiny parts of life.Like ConCoction!  This weekend I'll be heading to my second Cleveland Concoction. I'm excited to return and see all the great new friends last year, and I am eager to meet more fabulous fun folk. True story, I was hoping to have Sharp Edge of Yesterday ready to debut here, but alas, life has gotten in the way of so very many plans, that one just won't happen. I will have many other neat things to share, though. Here's my confirmed programming schedule:

Friday, March 1
3pm What’s in a Genre?with J.L. Gribble, Cas Miller, and Carma Haley Shoemaker

Science Fantasy, Slipstream, Speculative Fiction - let's get down and unclassifiable and explore what we mean when we define a story's genre.

9pm Favorite Creatures: Good, Bad, and Badasswith Barbara Doran, Josef Matulich, K. M. Herkes, and Matt Betts

Throughout the generations, movies and literature have brought about an endless supply of fantastical creatures. Come talk about your favorite creatures, those you love and those you love to hate.

Saturday, March 2
2pm Author Showcasewith Emmy Jackson, JD Blackrose, Shannon Eichorn, and Dyrk Ashton

Listen to your favorite authors read excerpts from released and soon to be released works. Find your next great read. Ask questions, and discover the new worlds.I also hope to join Friday's 8PM panel on Relationships & Partnerships with Jennifer Blackstream & Rob Howell (And Shannon Eichorn?) and Saturday's 11AM panel on Female Protags: Beyond the Badass. And I might be on the Prompt Joust show 7 PM Saturday. I'm not sure, but if so, it should be a blast. Fingers crossed.Directly after the Author Showcase on Saturday, and most times I'm not attending other panels I'll be hanging in the Author Alley, where my BOOKS will also be!I will have plenty of copies of Rough Passages if you want to get into the series on the ground floor. Plus you can pick up a Mercury Battalion supporter patch or Unity Movement member badge direct from me for a few bucks, and I'll have free stickers galore.  Or, y'know, you could grab the Stories of the Restoration books & enjoy the satisfaction of having a complete series. While I'm gone, Spouseman will be holding down the home fort and pacifying Scootercat.  It's a tough job. Scooter is a demanding monarch.
